It strives to bring the select legislations up to date with the multiplicity of changes since their enactment.
Rationale of the Policy Dialogue
The Policy Dialogue aims to contribute to the public consultation process, and to analyse the amendments proposed from diverse perspectives. The paradigm shift in approaches to environmental governance have implications on policy formulation and need to be analysed from the point of view of multiple stakeholders. Thus, the Dialogue intends to bring together various perspectives to constructively discuss and contemplate upon the proposed amendments.
