The Ashank Desai Centre for Policy Studies is co-hosting the eleventh edition of the India School on Internet Governance (inSIG), along with the Youth India Internet Governance Forum (YIGF India) at IIT Bombay from 4 to 7 September 2026.
About inSIG
The India School on Internet Governance (inSIG) is India’s maiden multistakeholder capacity-building programme on Internet Governance and digital policy. Established in 2016, inSIG has, over the past decade, trained more than 460 fellows from India and across the world, creating a vibrant community of policymakers, technologists, researchers, civil society leaders, industry professionals, and academics. inSIG provides an immersive learning experience through lectures, panel discussions, simulations, and interactions with globally renowned experts.
The programme equips emerging leaders with the knowledge, networks, and practical understanding required to actively participate in national, regional, and global Internet Governance processes, while fostering informed dialogue on topics such as Internet infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI governance, digital rights, standards, and public policy.
inSIG continues to catalyze developing India’s next generation of leaders committed to building an open, secure, resilient, and inclusive Internet.
